This award-winning, major regeneration project in the London Borough of Lambeth, delivered 808 new homes and the refurbishment of 172 existing properties, a state-of-the-art community centre and the second-largest park built in London in recent years.
The Roofline Group have recently completed phase 1 of this £150m regeneration programme and have secured phase 2 which will start in December 2014 on a 16 month programme. The works comprise of the provision of over 20,000m² of Cefil synthetic waterproofing and insulation to the main roofs and balconies of these new buildings.
This six year regeneration programme will see the transformation of the Myatts Field Estate. The project includes the construction of 808 new build homes and the modernisation and refurbishment of 172 existing homes. It also includes the development of a state-of-the-art landscaped park; new streets, green spaces, and allotments; refurbishment of retail units and a new community centre with sports facilities.
