The Luna and Solar residential buildings in Wembley Park marked one of London’s first successful gateway 3 approvals under the Building Safety Act. This 3 year Contract secured by one of our key clients required approx. 4000m2 of Structural hot melt waterproofing systems, incorporating Inverted Insulation and various roof finishes to protect these 769 new homes. Over the past 12 Years, Roofline group have installed in excess of 45000m2 of waterproofing systems at Wembley Park. 99% of Waste was diverted on this project and it was a Finalist in the Construction News 2026 Awards for Low Carbon Project of the Year.
