Central square, London EC1 provide Luxury residential apartments in the very heart of the capitol. The site was acquired in September 2009 in joint venture between Mount Anvil and One Housing Group. 274 homes were created, including 170 for private sale. The development also included 4,500 sq. m of pre-sold commercial space and car parking for 58 vehicles. The scheme achieved a GDV of £100m. Within weeks of completion of the final phase of development, all the apartments were sold. Central Square has been widely recognised for its design, partnering approach and landscaping. It recently won silver for Best Interior Design and bronze for Best Partnership (with One Housing group) at the What House? Awards and was commended in the Sunday Times British Homes Awards in the Best Development category. In addition, Central Square has won numerous design and landscaping awards.
