Worthing Integrated Care Centre

The Worthing Integrated Healthcare Center is a new sustainable building, designed to provide a range of NHS services all under one roof, including GP, Dentistry, Mental Health Services and a Pharmacy. The £40M project was handed over to WICC by main contractor Galliford Try in late 2024.

ROOFLINE Group were awarded the IKO Permatec hot melt and Ultra Prevent RBM flat roofing and associated works, incorporating Permascreed to create roof falls, Thermal Insulations, Green and hard roofscapes, roof safety systems, access hatches and roof drainage.
