This landmark NET ZERO CARBON project is one of the largest and most sustainable SEND schools in the UK today. Roofline Group were awarded the specialist roofing package for this prestigious project as a tier 1 contractor for Willmott Dixon.

An IKO Ultra Prevent built up waterproofing system, incorporating tapered thermal Insulations was installed to the main roof areas and IKO Permatec hot melt structural waterproofing to the plant room areas. Over 1000 solar PV panels generate more than 400MWh annually, enough to power the entire school and provide surplus back to the local grid. The project achieves a 14% Biodiversity net gain.
