The design and build of a £24M mixed use development comprising 208 new flats, above a Tesco supermarket.
This redevelopment project has been built on the site of a formet supermarket and provides 208 new apartments with basement car parking and a Tesco supermarket at ground floor level. To maximise the footprint of the site, a courtyard / central podium was created above the supermarket and car parking to provide a public realm walk through.
