We are extremely pleased to confirm that following our successful installations of the two previous Village Hotels in Portsmouth and Bristol for the same client we have secured the specialist waterproofing for their third development in Basingstoke.
The project comprises of the construction of a new 4-star hotel and leisure club containing 153 bedrooms with food and beverage facilities as well as meeting and events space across 6 storeys. Working alongside one of our longest supply chain partners, Willmott Dixon, we are due to install approx. 2000m² of structural hot melt waterproofing with ballast finish with works due to commence in April 2019.
