Roofline are pleased to announce we have been successful in securing the specialist waterproofing package for the Montague Park School project in Wokingham. The project consists of a three-form entry, primary school, on a new site identified within a ‘New Communities’ residential development in Wokingham.
The project is to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating which will be assisted by the use of Green Guide A rated materials and PV panels being utilised on the roof. Roofline are due to install approx. 2200m² of high performance PVC single ply membrane and alpha profiles with the addition of structural metal decking to some roof areas.
