The Roofline Group are proud to confirm that following successful discussions with Laing O’Rourke they have secured the specialist waterproofing and roof safety system requirements for Blocks C & D of the Research and Translation Hub at Imperial West. Roofline are due to install approx 7,000m² of waterproofing consisting of hot melt structural waterproofing and cold applied liquid systems with varying finishes including bio-diverse green roofing, paving and washed stone. The project is part of the regeneration of a brownfield site for Imperial West in Central London which was the former BBC worldwide headquarters. The project is to create a mixed use commercial and academic development. Once completed the 48,000m² Research and Translation Hub will provide world class education, research and translation facilities, including commercial and laboratory space and will have an emphasis on linking research and commerce to benefit society and the economy.
